GEORGE, Marjorie Jean (nee. Parks) Passed away peacefully at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Saturday September 17, 2016. Marj George in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald George (d. 1982). Beloved mother of Carolyn. Survived by sister-in-law Barbara Parks (d. Ralph), brother-in-law Reg George, and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Norman and Nina Parks, siblings Beatrice Prest (Clayton), Elma Parks, and Winnifred Nolan (Don). Friends and relatives are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL on Wednesday September 21, 2016 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday September 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Interment Asphodel-Norwood Cemetery. Reception at Norwood United Church following the Interment.
