Obituary of Erma Jean Woodcox

WOODCOX: Erma Jean Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Thursday December 1, 2016. Erma Woodcox of Woodview in her 85th year. Loving wife of the late Wilbert Henry “Wib” Woodcox (2012). Loved and missed by her children Glenn Woodcox and his wife Vicki of Hamilton, Raymond Woodcox and his wife Anne of Pembroke, Mary Jean Bugg (the late Bob) of Woodview, Danny Woodcox of Woodview and daughter-in-law Norma Woodcox. Grandma is remembered by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Lynn “Butch” Lane and his wife Inayat of California and sister Betty Ann Lane/Donoghue of Peterborough. Predeceased by her parents Ernie & Jean, son Jimmy, sister Bonnie Lane and brother-in-law Paul Donoghue. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, on Thursday December 8, 2016 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday December 9, 2016 at 12:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation. A reception will follow at the Wilson Park Community Centre, Woodview. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society as expression of sympathy.
