PAYNE: Everett Paul (World War II Veteran, Dispatch Rider) Passed away at Frost Manor, Lindsay on Wednesday January 18, 2017. Everett Payne of Peterborough in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Iris (Johnson). Loving father of Laura of Peterborough, Barry (Ann) of R.R. #3 Omemee, Roland (Sherry) of Barrie, Allyson MacLeod (Norm) of Lakefield and the late Melanie Przybyszewski and Linda Payne. Father-in-law of Henry Przybyszewski. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Donna Hampton and the late May Hardy, Emily Elliott, Jean Scott, Evelyn, Clarence, Ivan, Reg and George Payne. Friends are invited to call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday January 20, 2017 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. A Masonic Service will be held Friday at 6:45PM. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior. A reception will be held in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Interment Little Lake Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Lyndhurst Centre, Toronto Rehab Foundation, as expressions of sympathy.
