Jeff. Sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Doug was a good man that was always kind to me. I'm glad he had time to know his grandkids and enjoy some retirement at the lake.
We always enjoyed conversations with Doug. He always made you feel welcome and will truly be missed.
Lynn,we are saddened for you , your family , and us ! We have lost a good friend !
Dear Lynn and family,
Jim and I are so very truly saddened by the news of Doug’s passing. We will forever remember his smile warmth and generosity. May he be at peace now.
Doug was the first person who welcomed us into the Demers Road neighbourhood when we built our house in 2003. He was the ‘elder statesman’ of the neighbourhood and helped to build what became a supportive community, hosting delightful Christmas events and community gatherings to welcome new folks who moved in. Doug’s love and support of his family was an inspiration to us and we were so sorry to see Doug and Lynn leave Demers Road and the beautiful house they built there. Our thoughts and best wishes to the Utter family.
Our heartfelt condolences,
Myke & Carolyn
Dear Lynn and Family,
our sincerest sympathy, Ray and I are with heavy hearts at the sad news of Doug's passing. A gentleman and a scholar, a most gracious host. Our fondest memories, trimming the tallest tree at Christmas.
Be at peace Doug XO

I am truly sorry to hear of Doug's passing. Doug was a mentor for me when I work with him in the mid 1980 as I managed the monthly promotional activity in National Retail Marketing Department . He gave excellent guidance to all and was a gentle, kind, knowledgeable leader who was highly respected.
