Grief's rain fills many streams, which flow and ebb and finally soothe..... Jean seemed, to us, like a ray of sunshine and a positive soul.... may you have many memories of her love and joy, of both her family and the world. We are very sorry for your loss and although we only knew Jean briefly, we will remember her for her happiness she spread so easily. Our love and support will always be here for you.

Ron and Family I wanted to tell you how sorry i was about your loss. It was my priveldge to have met you both. My first love in nursing was oncology/palliative care. People wonder why because cancer is such a devastating disease. You and Jean reminded me again that there is a hidden blessing. When i entered Jean's room there was love. Every time you looked at each other, touched each other, spoke to each other, there was love. Cancer took Jean away too soon, but you made every second you were given together count. I told you there are special people that i meet that make an impact, that change the way i think and view life. You and Jean did that for me. You thank me for what i did for Jean, i need to thank you for sharing yourselves with me. I hope i can honour Jean's memory by living and loving the way i saw you live and love. MJ

Dear Ron, Heather & Brett Sorry I won't be able to make it down to Lakefield with Bill. I heard this years ago and thought how fitting Remember me not with sadness, sorrow and grief, but remember me with happiness, laughter and a smile I look at Jeannie's picture and all I see is the happiness, the laughter and the big smile. I don't think I ever saw Jeannie without that smile and her sense of humor (I guess she got it from her brother Jim). My love and sympathy to each of you. Betty

Your Winter is only temporary. Darkness always gives way to light. Storms always give way to clear days. Cold and snow always give way to warm days and flowers. (Song of Solomon 2:11-12 For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come.) We will all miss Jean's sunny smile here on earth but know that we will see it again. From deep in our hearts, Love Ted, Vicki & Jordan
