Hi Sandy, so sorry to have heard about the news of Bud. I know he has fought a courageous battle with cancer over many years, and we also appreciate the fact that unless you have gone throught it, you can't appreciate what a family member goes through. Our deepest condolences from our family, and please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family throughout this difficult period. Charlie is going to try to pay his respects on Saturday, but unfortunately, I am hosting the Christmas office party, which starts around 3.00 p.m. and have no way around it, so please know, that I don't think our party is more important than paying my respects, but I am obligated.

I am very saddened to hear of Bud's passing. It's been many years since I last saw Bud but I have thought of him from time to time as he was very much a part of my childhood on Highland Crescent. I remember him as a happy fellow with a perpetual grin and, from the picture on this Web site, I'm guessing he carried on through life that way. Often, when hiking in Algonquin Park in recent years, I have recalled how Bud was the absolute best fort builder in the woods at the top of Highland Crescent. My sincere condolences to Sandra, Judy, Ron, and the rest of the family that I'm not had the opportunity to meet. John
