SPICER, Patricia Helen “Pat” (nee Hall) 

Born August 9, 1937 in St. Catharines, ON, Slipped away peacefully at Riverview Manor in Peterborough on August 8^th , 2022, one day shy of her 85^th birthday. Survived by her son Joel Philips, grandchildren Justin (Vanessa), Nicole (Jordan), Jaime (Kenneth). Remembered by her sister-in-law Margaret Hall, niece Karen Hall (Harry), nephew Trevor Hall (Anne), great niece and nephews Dana, Jeffrey Jamie, and Michael and daughter in law Cathy Philips. Dear friend of Wendy Franko (caregiver) and her husband Bill and children Katelyn, Matthew and Jessica.   Predeceased by her mother, Helen Amy (Tory), father Donald Dixon Hall, husband Beverly “Bev” Spicer, brother William Walter Hall, Aunt Clara Walker and 1^st husband Kenneth Philips. A private family funeral service will be held.  Donations in Pats memory can be made to the Lung Association.
