Obituary of Hazen Frederick Whitmore

WHITMORE, Hazen 

Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on August 16^th 2022.  Hazen Whitmore of Apsley in his 99^th year.  Beloved husband of Daisy Whitmore (nee Halliday).  Loving father of Cathy Degryse (Albert) of Apsley, the late Hazel Lambe (Roy) of Apsley, Dill (Connie) of Havelock, Wesley of Apsley and Durwood (Brenda) of Apsley.  Hazen is survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Hazen is predeceased by his parents Hazel and Frederick Whitmore, brother Gerald Whitmore and sisters Francis Trotter (Albert), Bernice Holmes and Darlene Doxsee.  Cremation has taken place, arrangements entrusted to HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES LAKEFIELD CHAPEL.   A celebration of life will take place at the Apsley Community Chapel at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Peterborough Regional Health Centre by visiting www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705 652-3355.
