Condolences to Barry, Bryce and family. Doris was my favouite person to paint for. We chatted while I worked and she'd feed me the most wonderful lunches. When I'd leave for the day I'd always have new recipes. Her bean salad and chili are something I make and often think of her. She was kind, hardworking, loving, and generous. She will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to all of you at this time of sadness. We have many fond memories of "The Taylor" farm visiting with the horses, chickens, cats & dogs. Best Eggs ever! When visiting, Doris always had cookies ready for Olivia & Danika and her eyes would light up when speaking about Bryce. My condolences to Barry and his family, and Doris’ relatives on the passing of Doris! My parents, Don and Joyce Patterson were dear friends of Doris and Maurice. Doris always had awesome baking, they would have tea and catch up, also evenings of dinners and playing cards. Mom and dad made a point of visiting with Doris regularly after Maurice passed while they were out for a Sunday drive. During COVID dad kept in touch with Doris over the phone and would have long conversations about the good ol days! They are all reunited and having a good time together, watching over us and having some good laughs! One memory in oarticulare was when I stayed with Maurice and Doris when grandpa Hamilton pased and I stepped in the manure with my new sadle shoes on! Doris was the most caring loving woman I have ever met. Doris and I have spent many hours talking of her life and mine. Always such a sweet adventurous lady. The last couple of years we talked for hours on New Year’s Eve but didn’t quite make it to midnight Lol but always ended the conversation with big hugs and love ❤️ She will be so missed by me Doris now you are in heaven with the love of your life Maurice ❤️
