During my time in Buckhorn, I met Rick and Kate through hockey in Lakefield and we became friends - as almost everyone does in smaller communities. It was a treasured time in my life, and those of my kids. I extend heartfelt condolences to Rick, family & friends. Kate was a lovely woman who had a way to make everyone feel valued and welcome. Rest easy Kate.
