Surrounded by family, Sharon Doughty peacefully passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on March 18th, 2025. Sharon is predeceased by her devoted husband Dale. She leaves behind her son, James (Heather) and family and daughter Dana and family. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Gary and Ted, friend Richard, as well as extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her brother Bill. Sharon’s love of music blossomed after Dale’s passing which allowed her to sing regularly at open mics and breakfast jams. She helped organize Music in the Park in Warsaw and was the hostess for Sharon’s Café at Keene Centre for the Arts. Prior to her retirement she was owner of Dutchess Poodle Boutique.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD. Cremation is to take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
