Obituary of Hazel Evelyn Wrightly

WRIGHTLY: Hazel Evelyn (nee Kelly)

Passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday March 30, 2025.  Hazel Wrightly of Norwood in her 93^rd year.  Beloved wife and best friend of Bud (Lawrence) Wrightly.  Always loved and remembered by her children Leslie Ann Campbell (Peter) of Dartford, Cindy King (Ken) of Havelock, Andrew Wrightly (Dan Lamadeleine-Wrightly) of Peterborough and daughter-in-law Dale Wrightly (the late Larry) of Barrie.  Proud Grandmother of Joe (Chrissy), Kate (Adam), Kris (Lyndsay), Nathan (Shannon), Kayla (Darcy), Brittany (Matt), Jordan (Karlie) and great grandmother of Grace, Kale, Coen, Poppy, Miller, Ryder, Clover, Wade, Emerson, Jones, Logan and Hayes.  Hazel will be forever remembered by her sister Phyllis Rowe and by her many dear nieces, nephews and friends.  Predeceased by her parents Dean Kelly and Evva Kelly (Fleming), brother Boyd Kelly (Joan), brother-in-law Bill Rowe and sister-in-law Marion Kelly.  Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL, 36 Queen Street, Norwood on Sunday April 13, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.  A funeral service will be held at Norwood United Church on Monday April 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM.  Rev. Jamie York and Rev. Lynn Watson officiating.  A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #300, Norwood. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the R.C.L.
