Obituary of Wilbert Gary McIlmoyle

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Wilbert Gary McIlmoyle, who passed away suddenly on April 1st 2025, at the age of 75. 
Gary was a loving father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a man of wisdom and strength with a sense of humour and a strong work ethic who always put his family, friends and community first. 

Predeceased by his parents Jim and Elsie McIlmoyle and siblings Judy, Paul, and Ken McIlmoyle. He is survived by his children, Dawn-Marie, Matthew, and Christopher. As well as his grandchildren, Mya, Makayla, Paul, Tucker, Spencer, Jeter and Miller, and his sister Marie. He will also be missed by his dear friend Sue Jones. 

A celebration of life will be held on April 27th 2025 between 1pm-4pm at Hendren funeral homes – Monk Chapel, 6 Helen St, Bobcaygeon. With words at 1:30pm.
