Janet was the gentlest kindest person I ever met. I worked with her at Schoolhouse Playcare and witnessed the compassion and guidance she gave to the children in her care. She will be missed by all. Deepest condolences to her family at this sad time.

I had the pleasure of cutting Janet’s hair for 30+years . Faithfully every 6 weeks for her haircut . We had a special bond from the get go . She was gentle and kind and such a devoted and loving mother to her girls Katie and Alex . I loved that about her . We shared so many stories over the years , some good and some bad . She lived for her girls and when those grandbabies came along it was time for her to enjoy life and spend her time with her family . Janet always saw the good in people , everyone needs a second chance right ! When I retired a few years ago Janet and I kept in touch and when I recently found out that I was going to be a grandparent I couldn’t wait to reach out and tell her and of course she was over the moon for me . I did get to see Janet recently and got to do her hair for the last time . She was so happy to see me and I her , even though she was sick . We had a great visit and when I left we hugged and she told me she loved me . I will forever be grateful for having known you Janet . Thank you for being you . You will be sorely missed by all who knew you . Rest in peace Janet ❤️

I met janet about 8 years ago at stephen saywell school where she welcomed my little boy liam into her classroom making him feel right at home .. we loved her from that first moment ..so welcoming and easy to talk to..such a lovely lady inside and out!! We"ve kept in touch through facebook .. i am so deeply saddened by her passing. Please accept our condolensces and know she touched so many lives. I will miss her Sincerely, Julie kish
