Obituary of Nora Jane Hanlan
HANLAN, Nora
Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at 2:15 on Sunday July 13th, 2025. Nora Hanlan (nèe Johnston) of Oshawa, in her 87th year. Beloved wife to the late Ralph Hanlan. Loving mother of Steve Hanlan (Tammy), Terry Hanlan (Cheri Fisher), Laurie Jones (Jim), Penny Hanlan, and the late Fred Hanlan. Nora is dearly missed by her grandchildren Matt (Sarah), Kate (Adam), Daniel (Alycia), Karen, Amanda (Brad), Kevin (Brianne) and great grandchildren Lilah, Maya, Samantha, Evan and Ava. Nora is survived by her sister Phyllis and predeceased by her sister Dora, brother Theodore and parents Albert and Madeline.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. A visitation will take place on July 29th, 2025 at The Hendren Funeral Home (66 Queen Street, Lakefield) from 12:00 PM till 1:00 PM, with a service following at 1:00 PM. A reception will take place after the service till 3:30 PM. Private interment is to follow.
