Richard Booth (Morrison)

Obituary of Richard Dwayne Booth (Morrison)

Booth (Morrison), Richard Dwayne

Passed away suddenly on November 26, 2025, at the age of 52.

Richard was a man who, in recent years, was truly finding his way. He was working on himself, building a home, and trying to create a more steady and meaningful life something he had not always had the opportunity to do before. He was trying, he was growing, and those closest to him were proud of the direction he was heading.

His passing was very sudden and deeply unexpected, leaving an unimaginable loss for those who loved him. Though his time was cut short, there is comfort in knowing he was moving toward a better chapter one filled with hope, growth, and change.

Richard will be remembered for his resilience, his strength, and for showing those around him that people can change, grow, and find their way even after life’s hardest moments. His journey was a reminder that it is never too late to try, to rebuild, and to become a better version of yourself.

He will be forever missed by his children, Madison and Steven, and was a proud grandfather to Tate.

He is lovingly remembered by:

His parents, Brenda and Bert Booth

His siblings, Carrie and Scott

He was a proud uncle to Jacob, Logan, Kate, Alex, and Skylar, and will be missed by many extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 13, 2026, at the family camp on Monck Road, Cardiff Ontario.

Richard will be deeply loved and forever remembered by all who knew him.
