Obituary of Gary Michael Bolton

BOLTON: Gary Michael

Passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday December 7, 2025.  Gary Bolton of Lakefield in his 64^th year.  Gary managed Transtario Bus Lines Inc. for over 30 years as well as managing maintenance at the Morton Medical Centre in Lakefield for 15 years.  He more recently worked with Superior Propane in Fenelon Falls.  He was a former volunteer Fire Fighter with the Selwyn Fire Department, but Gary’s greatest love was time he spent on his farm.  Here he was able to work with his prized cattle and enjoy his love for all animals.  Loving son of Gerald and Elaine Bolton of Peterborough.  Survived by his partner Crystal Jacklin, children Ryan (Nicole), Krista Hanavan (Jason), grandchildren Oliver, Max and Reece, brother Graham Bolton (Jennifer Buckland) nephews Andreas, Ares and Seth.  A private family funeral service will be held.  Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens, Peterborough.  Memorial donations may be made to Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (L.A.W.S.) as expressions of sympathy, and may be made by contacting THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-652-3355.
