PEDRO-TAYLOR: Ashley Lynn

Passed away at her home on Thursday January 1, 2026.  Ashley Pedro-Taylor of Curve Lake in her 35^th year.  Throughout Ashley’s life, she enjoyed working with children, working as an Educational Assistant at Curve Lake School. She was an active member of Curve Lake Christian Assembly and found great joy in participating in church mission work.  She is loved and missed by all who knew and loved her.  She is survived by her son Remington and her partner Shane Hunt of Curve Lake.  Also survived by her mother Cynthia Taylor (Jody Taylor), father Robert Pedro and step-children Tanner and Jasper.  Remembered by her sisters Christina Taylor, Nickie Taylor (Zack Henebry), Sara Taylor and brother Hunter Taylor.  She was the caring aunt of Christian, Jack, Nathan, Wren and Elijah.  Also remembered by her grandmother Maria and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  A funeral service will be held at the Curve Lake Church on Monday January 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM.  Visitation one hour prior to the service.  Interment Curve Lake Cemetery.  A reception will follow at the Curve Lake Community Centre.  As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Right to Heal, Peterborough and may be made by contacting THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-652-3355.
