Delwyn Humphrey Stinson
Passed away peacefully at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Monday January 12th, 2026, in his 89thyear.
Beloved husband of 60 years to Marion (predeceased). Loving father of Paul (Kelly), Ian and Elaine Lashbrook (Kevin). Remembered by his grandchildren Jacob (Amy), Jessie, Keira, Holly, Kayla (Adam) and Joshua (Rachael). Loving brother to Anne McCleary (George). Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Jessie.
After retiring from a lifetime in dairy farming Delwyn found a new freedom on the open road. An avid motorcyclist, he travelled thousands of kilometres with a group of retired dairy farmers. Riding from Alaska to the Florida Keys and later across Canada from British Columbia to Labrador.
He was also a devoted amateur (ham) radio operator, often staying connected with friends.
His laughter was soft, his stories sincere and his presence comforting. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
