Heidi Breen posted a condolence

It is with great sadness to hear of Pamela's passing. She always came into the shop with such delight and always gave me a good smile and chuckle, while Pete would wander in a few minutes later. I'm so going to miss Pamela and the chats about gardening, and I send my sincerest condolences to you (Pete) and family. I'm so sorry. Heidi, Bobcaygeon British Shop Ltd.

I so loved Pamela, my cousin. She was a bright New Forest spirit and one that will be sorely missed.
I will treasure our conversations, shared memories and more latterly, correspondence over the years, and felt close to her, even though we were thousands of miles apart.
May God look upon her as one of His Angels and bless her.
With best love from Betty Elaine xx and xx from Sharon

It was a privilege to share a love of gardening with Pam! She took such pride in our little village and being a part of our Horticultural Society. Though I met Pam only a few years ago, she had become a wonderful friend who will be deeply missed

I will miss Pam. Always so cheerful. Pam always wanted to go to Newfoundland so I gave to her and Pete my travel information magazine. Within days they were booked to go. Pam and Pete had the best time ever while discovering the Province of Newfoundland. Pam, always eager to help the Bobcaygeon & District Horticultural Society. She and Pete carried its banner in the Santa Claus Parade.

Dearest Peter please accept our love and condolences at this sad time. I have very fond memories of you both coming and digging up our roses and flowers in the pouring rain so Pam could look after them after we left our home and moved back to England. Many emails were exchanged on their progress and always with love and great news of the goings on in Bobcaygeon. Thank you for your friendship Pam , such a sweet and generous lady . In her own quiet and unobtrusive way, Pam endeared herself to so many people during the few short years she lived in Bobcaygeon. I will be forever grateful to her and Pete for taking me in after the trauma of the March ice storm. They offered me a bed and Pam served me scrumptious vegetarian meals that almost convinced me to become a vegetarian...almost. I feel fortunate that she called me a friend.

Such a shock to both Cathy and I to hear of Pam's passing. She was a great and kind individual and we shared many good days with her and Peter. Pam was a very caring person with a heart of gold. We are very fortunate to have had Pam and Peter as our neighbors for over five years. She was always willing to look after our small dog Rocky who always got excited when he was with both Pam and Peter. She will be greatly missed by us all. May she rest in peace.

Pam has been my friend through the Bobcaygeon Sages program, and we spent lots of time chatting during the summer when we were together in a walking program. She was chatty, and funny, and knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed
our conversations. It was such a shock to learn she was so Ill, and I send my condolences to her loving family. I know she loved them very much as she told me so much about Pete especially. I will miss her very much. Rest In Peace Pam. .
