My heart is heavy hearing about the passing of my cousin Maureen. She was a few years older than me, and so many of my favorite childhood memories were spent together on their family farm. Those days were simple and special, and she was always such a warm part of them.
Maureen was a wonderful nurse who worked tirelessly caring for others. Taking care of people wasn’t just her job — it was who she was. She also had a way of making everyone feel welcome, and she was always happiest when she was feeding someone.
One of my last memories with her is standing together in her kitchen making salmon sandwiches and chatting the way we always did. It’s a small moment, but one I’ll always treasure.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. ❤️

We are so sorry to hear of Maureen’s passing. One of my favourite childhood memories is the great times my sister Marie and I spent visiting everyone at the English farm. You were all so welcoming and so much fun! Maureen was also a very caring nurse to several of our relatives over the years.
