Our deepest condolences to Claire and the family. Art was my neighbour across the street on Palmer Avenue in Richmond Hill. Such a nice man, easy going, genuine, down to earth, and I really enjoyed his company having a few drinks in his garage or at my place from time to time. Loved when Art pulled out the spoons, and he played old country music. So much fun. Rest in peace, my friend.
