Obituary of Shirley Leahy

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary “Shirley” Leahy (nee Clark), who was born on November 1, 1943. Shirley passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of faith, grace, and kindness that touched all who knew her. Shirley was the loving daughter of the late Jim and Marcelle “Sally” (O'Brien) Clark. Her life was defined by a quiet strength and a boundless love for her family. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Paul Leahy, with whom she shared a beautiful life, as well as her brother, Wayne, and her sister, Bonnie. Shirley’s enduring spirit lives on through her beloved sons, John Leahy and Dan Leahy (Leslie). She was a cherished grandmother to Ashley and Adam, and a doting great-grandmother to Ophelia and Reece. She will be deeply missed by her sisters, Coreen Leahy (Frank) and Cathy Steedman (Mike), as well as her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
