Darryl and I extend our heartfelt sympathies and thoughts to Darlene’s family.
One of the things I remember the most about Darlene was her incredible strength throughout her illness. She never complained, always greeting everyone at family gatherings with a warm smile—especially when surrounded by her beloved grandchildren.
Darlene’s smile will truly be missed, as will Darlene herself. She touched countless lives, and though she is gone, she will not be forgotten.

When I was a kid Darlene would stand at the end of the driveway on King St just to make sure I got home safe. She was like a second mother to me for the majority of my life and I'll miss her so much. I'm so sorry Tyler, Jason, and Jen and ill see you next week.
