Obituary of J.J. "Jack" Stewart

STEWART: J.J. “Jack” Passed away peacefully at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Friday September 23, 2016. Jack Stewart of Norwood in his 103rd year. Jack was the proud owner and operator of J.J. Stewart Motors in Norwood for 80 years. Loving husband of the late Marguerite (2000). Loved and missed by his son John (Sherry) and his grandchildren Jeff (Ann), Jennifer (Nando), Julie (Neil), Dave (Becky) and Mark (Jennifer). Dear great grandfather of Georgia, Lily, Sophie, Audrey, McKinley, Evelyn, Jackson, Rowan, Davin and Darcie. Predeceased by his son Ross (1985) and his sisters Mary, Jean and Edith. Friends and relatives may call at the NORWOOD UNITED CHURCH, 4264 Highway 7, Norwood on Sunday September 25, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Masonic Memorial Service will be held at the church on Sunday evening at 6:30 PM. A funeral service will be held in the church on Monday September 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM. Interment Asphodel-Norwood Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation or the Campbellford Memorial Hospital as expressions of sympathy.
