Obituary of Brent James Upper

UPPER: Brent “Ripper” L.B.

Born and raised in Lakefield, Ontario, Brent passed away suddenly in Grande Prairie, Alberta in his 23rd year.  The world has lost an incredible son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, partner and fiercely loyal friend.  Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his parents Sheri Erickson and Pat Upper.  A devoted and protective brother to Kayla and proud uncle to Zoey.  Loving brother of Kyle & Mike and uncle of Makenna and Navaeh.  Cherished grandson of Catherine Erickson (the late Walter Erickson).  Missed tremendously by his partner to whom he was about to start a new journey with, Katelyn Mulligan.  Remembered and loved by several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.  His loss has created an unimaginable hole in the lives of all who knew and loved him.  His infectious smirk and chuckle and his unwavering loyal character will forever remain etched in our hearts.  Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, Ontario, on Sunday July 16, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday July 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM.  Cremation.  A reception will follow at the R.C.L. Br. #77, Lakefield.  Memorial donations may be made to the C.M.H.A. as expressions of sympathy and may be made by contacting the funeral home at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-652-3355.
