Obituary of Fran Phelps

Frances Joyce Phelps (Howell) - entered into rest peacefully with her family by her side in Bobcaygeon on Friday, July 20th, 2012. Fran, in her 81st year, was the beloved wife of the late Jack Phelps. Dear Mother of Jane (Barrie) Campbell, and Gail (Bill) Thibadeau. Loving Bubba to Julie (Derek) Ellery, Erin Campbell, Hillary Thibadeau (David Kennedy), Whitney (Cory) Burns. Great-Grandmother to Finn Ellery. Daughter of the late Beatrice & Dexter Howell, of St. Catharines. Dear sister of Viola Smith, of St. Catharines, Nellie Bourdon, of Richmond, B.C, predeceased by May, Fred, Mildred & Dexter. Dear sister-in-law of Jim & Joyce Phelps, of St. Catharines. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, and beloved Schnauzer, Manny. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Pinecrest Nursing Home for all your care and compassion. A private family service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations to the Diabetes Association or Kawartha Lakes Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
