JEAN E. CAMERON – OBITUARY

Jean E. Cameron (nee Matthew) of Bethune, SK, passed away at home

on July 18, 2023. Jean was an active member in the Bobcaygeon Seniors Centre, and the Lawn Bowling and Curling clubs. She proudly represented Bobcaygeon at the Provincial Senior Mixed Curling Championships. Jean was an accomplished seamstress, crocheter, and knitter. As a

volunteer, she knit over 1250 pairs of mittens, and toques for the Peterborough United Way Mitts for Kids program. Jean is survived by her husband, Ken, and her daughters, Janice, Cheryle, and Karen, her grandsons Jesse, and Cody, and her great-grandchildren Walker and Kai. 

If you wish to donate in Jean’s memory, please do so with the Canadian Cancer Society. She beat Breast Cancer three times.
