Patterson, Lily Olivia (nee Blodgett)
17 October 1936 – 28 December 2023
Lily passed away peacefully in her 88 th year, with family at her side, on December 28th 2023 at Extendicare Lakefield. Beloved wife of Russell (Tubby) Patterson for 68 years. Loving mother to Karen (Hugh) Dewart and Ken Patterson. Beloved Grandmother to John Dewart (Chantelle Penney) and Rachel Dewart (Chris Richardson). Great Grandmother to Noah and Lily Richardson. Lily is survived by her sister Corinne Nicholson (Allan Bristoe), sister -in-law Gloria Blodgett, Sandra Patterson and brother-in-law Norm Patterson. Lily will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and family. Lily is pre-deceased by her siblings Melville (Jean), Gerald, Donald (Marie), Charles (infant), Wayne Blodgett, and Joyce Millett, brother-in-law Bruce Nicholson, sister-in-law Fay Patterson, her parents Clarence and Emma (Fredricks)
Blodgett, and parents-in-law Alexander and Florence Patterson. Lily enjoyed camping at country music festivals, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Lily was a Polio survivor from the 1951 epidemic in Peterborough.
