BATHE, HERBERT ELTON (WWII Veteran) At the Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa on Monday February 5, 2007. Herb Bathe of RR# 2 Lakefield and formerly of Oshawa in his 91st year. Husband of the late Edna (Stire). Friend of Helen Trott. Loving father of Gloria Bowler (Bob) of Oshawa, Edward (Ted) of Bowmanville and Verna Fergusson (Jim) of Oshawa. Loving grandfather of Darryl, Christina (Brian), Mark (Kavita), Karen, Keri (Dan), Patricia (Brad), Darcy, Lynda (Larry), Kim and 16 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Dorothy Hopps (Doug) of Oshawa, Walter (Anne) of Stratford and brother-in-law of Murray Sparks and Emma Bathe. Predeceased by his siblings Phyllis Morrison, Arthur Bathe and Pat Sparkes. Friends may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield, on Thursday February 8, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the Hendren Chapel , on Friday February 9, 2007 at 12 noon. Interment Union Cemetery, Oshawa, Saturday at 10:00 AM..
