DAVIS: Dorothy V. (nee Hawthorne) Passed away peacefully after a lengthy struggle with her family by her side at the P.R.H.C., Hospital Dr. site on Saturday March 31, 2007. Dorothy Davis of Warsaw in her 94th year. Dear wife of the late Thomas Davis. Loving mother of George Davis (Joan) of R.R. #2 Peterborough and Paul Davis (Linda) of Peterborough. Dear sister of Mrs. Alan Morrison (Doreen). Cherished grandmother of Brenda & Mike, John & Angela, Philip & Angela, Jennifer & Kevin, Andrew & Kerrie and Michael & Jennifer. Great grandmother of Christopher, Shannon, Colin, Mitchell, Brooke, Skyler, Kody, Morgan and Jordan. Predeceased by her daughter Barbara Jones, parents William and Grace Hawthorne, granddaughter Linda Davis, sister Evelyn Davis and brothers Tom, Leonard, and Archibald Hawthorne. Friends and relatives may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Wednesday April 4, 2007 from 6:30 - 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held from the St. Mark's Anglican Church, Warsaw on Thursday April 5, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Mark's Cemetery, Warsaw.
