Obituary of O. John SHILLING

SHILLING: O. John Peacefully after a brief struggle with cancer, with his family by his side at the P.R.H.C., Hospital Dr. site on Saturday May 26, 2007. John Shilling of Curve Lake First Nation in his 63rd year. Sadly missed by his children Laura Johnson (Fred) and Darryl Shilling (Tammy), both of Curve Lake. Also missed by his grandsons Steven, Christopher, Jacob, Kane, Luc and Mason. Survived by his brothers Jerry (Dixie) and Eugene, sisters Vivian Knott (Junior), Giga Shilling and sisters-in-law Edith Knott and Pat Shilling. Also survived by his friend Pearl Nicholas. Predeceased by his parents and his brothers Wesley and Truman. Friends and relatives may call at the CURVE LAKE CHURCH on Wednesday May 30, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held from the CURVE LAKE CHURCH on Thursday May 31, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Cremation. A reception will follow at the Curve Lake Community Centre.
