Obituary of Lawrence J. Larry SHREEVE

SHREEVE: Lawrence (Larry) Passed away at the Peterborough Regional Helath Centre, Palliative Care on Wednesday July 11, 2007 in his 76th year. Larry was born in Toronto on February 2, 1932. He attended Jarvis Collegiate for 5 years where he was an all round athlete while studying classical piano. He decided to take up a business career. This lasted 40 years in purchasing and sales in the paper industry. In 1961, Larry married Mona Snyder of Calgary. Together they were able to travel and see the world many times. He took early retirement and enjoyed Florida for 10 years before returning home to Chandos Lake. His wife passed away in February 2003 and he remained on the Lake until his death. Larry was a longtime member of White Vale Golf Club, the Toronto Revolver Club and the Thistle Curling Club. Cremation has taken place.
