This town & community has lost a great man. His help & more importantly his good humour, has helped so many get through troubled times & especially me. I have had the honour to call Don my friend for 40+ years. I will miss him alot, but I will definitely remember the incredible amount of good times we had together, from The Bluffs as kids to Saturday night Big Pad & a couple of beers. We even let the girls win the odd game. You will always be my friend. All our love, David & Darlene Harman

Remembering a kind, funny and generous man. Don will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. I will always remember the times that he played the pipes just for my father. Don was a special guy and we will miss him when we visit Apsley. Our deepest condolences to the Grant family.

Mrs. Grant and Family: On behalf of my family, our deepest sympathy to you and your family on your great loss. Don and I rode together for a number of years to General Motors. Don always brought a ray of sunshine to all of us with his sense of humour. Though we both recently retired, sadly, Donny's was too short. Sincerely.....John Twomey and Family

Chris & Ernie and family We are deeply saddened by the loss of your brother, I am shocked - Don was an amazing man! - I will cherish all the memories that I have in the early years up in the little house. As I get older I have learned that life is for the living and we must free our hearts from hatred - free our minds from worry - live simply - give more and expect less - I wish you all peace in your hearts and we are thinking of you all during this very, very difficult time - Valerie
