Obituary of Rodger Dunford

DUNFORD: Rodger Henry Passed away at the P.R.H.C., Roger St. site on Saturday March 1, 2008 in his 79th year. Loved and missed by his wife of 53 years, Ruth (nee Garbutt). Also missed by his daughters Karen Bullock and her husband Brian Robinson of Peterborough, Susan Pickard (David McMillan) of Lakefield and son-in-law Mark Pickard. Grandpa is remembered by Bradley, Richard, Sarah, Meghan, Mitchell and Matthew. Survived by his sisters Blanche Rosborough and Shirley Garbutt (David), brothers Charles (Shirley) and James (Viola), sister-in-law Wanda Dunford and brother-in-law Fred Abbott. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Ethel Everett and her husband William, Marie Abbott, brothers Trueman and his wife Margaret, Russell and brother-in-law Max Rosborough. Friends and relatives may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield, on Monday March 3, 2008 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Tuesday March 4, 2008 at 11:00 AM.
