Obituary of William BRYER

BRYER, William George ""Bill"" Passed away at the P.R.H.C., Rogers Street Site on Sunday, May 4, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Bill Bryer, proud member of the Lions Club and recipient of the Melvin Jones Award in his 63rd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Barb (nee Westington). Cherished dad of Bill Jr. (Tish) of Oakville and Don (Kathie) of Wawanessa, Manitoba. Grandpa will be dearly missed by Jeffrey, Billy and Maddy. Always loved and remembered by his sister Sharon Doughty (Dale) and brothers Ted (Eleanor) and Gary (Pat). Predeceased by his parents Ruth and William George Bryer. Friends are invited to call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 7 - 9 P.M. A Lions Service will be held at 6:45 P.M. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. with visitation to commence one-hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Cremation. Private family interment at a later date.
