Obituary of Stephen Flagler

FLAGLER, Stephen Michael ""Flag"" Passed away peacefully after a lengthy struggle with cancer at the P.R.H.C. on Monday September 8, 2008. Steve Flagler of Lakefield in his 57th year. Steve was co-owner, along with his brothers Ron & Joe of Permanent Fence Ltd. for 28 years. Loved and missed by his wife of 34 years, Theresa (nee Condon) and his daughter Tracy Flagler (Matt McIlmoyle) of Buckhorn. Lovingly remembered by his siblings Frank (Mary), Susan (Ron Stabler), Ann (Barry Payne), Deborah (Ross Gallagher), Rick (Corrine), Ron (Lisa), Joe (Cathy), Charlotte (Rob Ball) and Maggie (Bill Winn). Also remembered by his brothers-in-law Jim Condon (Kathy), Fred Condon and sisters-in-law Jean (Brian Jennings), Shirley (Bob Ketcheson) and many nieces and nephews. Missed by his dear dog Scotty. Predeceased by his father Stephen (1972) and his mother Theresa (2003). Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Thursday September 11, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Friday September 12, 2008 at 11:00 AM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation. A reception will follow at the R.C.L.
