My sincere sympathy to Shirley's family.I too had the privelege of knowing her at Toronto East General Hospital.I was in the class after her and we were in the N.C.F.(Nurses' Christian Fellowship) together.I remember well her beaming countanence. I have communicated her homegoing to Cathy(Polson)McMullen her classmate and we would like to be notified and attend her memorial service should there be one in the future.

Dear family, Our sincere condolences to you on the death of my very special friend Shirley. I have known Shirley for over 50 years when we first met as classmates in nursing at the Toronto East General Hospital. She was noted for her kindness and love for her patients. As a result, she was awarded for the TLC (tender loving care), which was chosen by our classmates. Above all, she had a most keen and love for our Lord Jesus, and was not shy about her faith in Him. Her Christian example of love and faith has left a life-long impression for me. God be praised and thanked. Helen Tangelder (Feasby)
