Obituary of Frank Trotter

TROTTER, Frank Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Extendicare, Lakefield on Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Frank Trotter formerly of Apsley in his 92 year. Husband of the late Bernice Whitmore and dear friend of the late Mary McDonald. Loving father of Sandra McCaw (late Ted) of Apsley, Denise Graham (Bill) of Peterborough and her late husband Allen Post, Cindy Bullock (Wayne) of Lakefield and Gerry Trotter (Charlotte) of Apsley. Papa will always be remembered by Bill, Jason, Lisa, Sherry, Melissa, Mandy, Amy and Jerry Jr. and by his great grandchildren Brody, Levi, Darrin, John, Dan, Dylan and Emma. Brother of Albert (Frances), George (Phyllis), Ward (Josephine), Sanford (Ella), Ernie (Helen), Carrie Wilson (late Bill) and Namie Wilson (late Harold). Also remembered by Darlene Doxsee and by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Robbie, Sadie, Max, Earl and Ruby. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at The Community Chapel, Apsley on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. with visitation to commence at 1:00 P.M. Pastor John Trotter officiating. A reception will follow in the Chapel Hall. Interment of urn will take place at Union Cemetery, Apsley at a later date.
