Obituary of Ruby Scott

SCOTT, Ruby Pearl Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Thursday, January 1, 2009. Ruby Scott (Preston) of Norwood in her 87th year, wife of the late Bruce Scott. Beloved mother of Bill (Margaret) of Norwood, Jim (Sue) of Pickering and Joan Rogers (Fred) of Norwood. Cherished grandma of Marnie (Rob), Bryan, Stephanie, Christopher, Scott (Brooke), Rob(Jennifer) and Ryan (Sabrina) and great grandma of Eddie, Ally, Mitchell, Sam and Mackenzie. Ruby will always be remembered by her sister Leona Patterson (late Dick) and by her sister-in-law Marie Preston. Predeceased by her brothers Jack and Eldon (Evelyn) Preston. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, NORWOOD CHAPEL on Sunday, January 4, 2009 from 1 - 3 P.M. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, January 5, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. A reception will follow in the Norwood United Church Hall.
