BANKS: Cecil Hugh Passed away at the P.R.H.C. Palliative Care on Friday March 20, 2009. Cecil Banks of Warsaw in his 85th year. Loved and missed by his wife of 57 years, Edna (Nelson). Also missed by his children Jeffrey Banks (Lisa) of North Vancouver, B.C., Stewart Banks of Bowmanville and Lori Banks of Warsaw. Dear grandfather of Emily, Shane, Brianna, Elias, Everett and Rhiannon. Lovingly remembered by his brothers Stewart & Ramsay and sisters Norma, Catherine and Laurel. Predeceased by his parents Lawrence & Frances Banks, brothers Frederick, Jack & Robert and sisters Janet (Ann) and Eulalie. Friends and relatives are invited to a funeral service to be held at the LAKEFIELD UNITED CHURCH, Regent St., Lakefield on Thursday March 26, 2009 at 11:00 AM. A private family interment will be held at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, Peterborough. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation as expressions of sympathy.
