MICALLEF; Thomas ""Tom"" Passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his dear Elly and Max on Thursday, June 18, 2009. Tom Micallef of R.R. 4, Lakefield in his 58th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Elizabeth ""Elly"" (Van Zutphen). Always remembered by his daughter Sherrie Micallef of Australia. Also survived by his father, two sisters and two brothers.
