McGOWAN, William Clifford Passed away at the P.R.H.C., on Monday, October 5, 2009. Bill McGowan of Norwood, in his 92nd year. Husband of the late Jeanette (Tucker). Loving father of Bill of Brampton and Rick (Judy) of Milton. Dear grandpa of 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place.
