MATHEWS, Ivan ""Mike"" Peacefully with family by his side at the P.R.H.C., Palliative Care on Friday, March 19, 2010. Mike Mathews of Halls Glen in his 78th year. Beloved husband of over 50 years to Lola (Thackeray). Dad will always be loved by Ellen Hale (Kim) of Peterborough, Carla Lewis (Larry) of Douro, Grant Mathews (Cindy) of Halls Glen and Amy Graham (Randy) of Bracebridge. Dear Grandpa of Angie, Michael and Natalie Hale, Ryan and Tyler Lewis, Brooke and Nicole Mathews and Jordan and Scott Graham. Also survived by his siblings Betty Buck, Doris Pauley (Len), Arlene McIlmoyle (Ron) and Sharon Zigomanis (Bill) and sister-in-law Dorothy Noble. Predeceased by his parents Norman and Verva Mathews and siblings Laverne, Neil and Ione. To honour Mike""?s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
