Obituary of Wellington Garbutt

GARBUTT: Wellie (WWII Veteran) Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Monday November 8, 2010. Wellie Garbutt of Lakefield in his 94th year. Wellie served as a Corporal in the Prince of Wales Regiment. Loved and missed by his wife of 56 years, Ruth. Loving father of the late Jim and dear brother of the late Etta Eveson (Cy). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday November 12, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday November 13, 2010 at 10 :00 AM from St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church, Lakefield. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Young's Point.
