Obituary of Roger McManus

McMANUS: Roger Stanley Passed away suddenly on Saturday November 20, 2010 at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto at the age of 74. Predeceased by his loving parents Stan and Vera. Roger was the beloved brother and best friend to sister Kate (Cathy) who will miss him forever. He was well loved and will be missed by sister Pat (Ross), brothers Dan, David (Evelyn), Richard (Margaret), Paul (Alison). Roger was a great uncle and will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Anyone he met enjoyed his company and his neighbours and friends will remember all his good deeds. A memorial service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL, 36 Queen St., Norwood on Thursday December 2,, 2010 at 1:30 PM. The family will receive friends and relatives at 1:00 p.m. Interment at the Asphodel-Norwood Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Norwood Legion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
