Obituary of E. Clifford Walke

WALKE: ERNEST CLIFFORD ""Cliff"" Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Monday December 6, 2010. Cliff Walke of R.R. #1 Apsley in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie (Pomeroy) (2000). Loving father of Monty and his wife Dorothy of R.R. #1 Apsley and grandfather of Robert (Selena) and Steven (Mary). Old Grandpa of Matt, Connor, Riley, Tyler, Noah, Delaney and Jessica. Predeceased by his brothers Earl (Lilias), Jim (Dorothy), sister Myrtle Walke and sister-in-law Hilda. A memorial service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, on Saturday December 11, 2010, at 2:00 PM. A reception and gathering will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Peterborough Humane Society or the Lung Association as expressions of sympathy.
