HOPKINS: Ray Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the P.R.H.C. on Thursday December 16, 2010. Ray Hopkins of Lakefield in his 84th year. Ray owned and operated Hopkins Motor Sales in the Lakefield area for the past 47 years. Loved and missed by his wife of 48 years, Myla (nee Pearson). Dad is remembered by Jeff (Debbie) of Lakefield, Larry (Charlotte) of Young's Point and Joanne Hopkins (Ian Kurz) of Lakefield. Dear grandpa of Jessica, Jennifer, Rachel, Rebecca, Jesse, Teegan & Tessa and great grandpa of Nicholas, Thomas, Payton, Mason & Madison. Survived by his brothers-in-law Mervyn Pearson (Doris) and Roy ""Bud"" Henley (Ruth). Predeceased by his brothers & sisters Milt, Claude, Reg, Daisy, Elaine & Shirley. Missed by his best friend, Missy the cat. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, on Monday December 20, 2010 from 1-4 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday December 21, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Rev.
