Obituary of Betty Waite

WAITE, Betty Passed away peacefully on Saturday February 26, 2011 at the P.R.H.C. Betty ""the Queen"" (Morris) of Lakehurst, formerly of Skewen and Swansea, Wales in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late William Harris (1968) and Harry Waite (1996). Dearly loved mother of Cheryl Willoughby (Chris) of Lakehurst and Linda Davies (Malcolm) of Gorseinon, South Wales. Nana will always be loved and remembered by her grandchildren Andrew Davies (Jayne), Jonathan Davies (Andrea), SiA?An Gibson (David), Paul Morris, Timothy Davies and the late Julian Davies; great-grandchildren Rebecca, Matthew, Kirsty & Nicole Davies, Jac Gibson, William Davies, Luke Gibson, Scott & Rhys Davies and by her great great granddaughter Chloe. Fondly remembered by her son-in-law Glyn Morris and cousin Joyce Francis and numerous friends in Wales and in the Peterborough area. A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, on Wednesday March 9, 2011 at 11:00 AM with visitation to commence one hour prior to the service. Reverend Ken Lawton and Paul Morris officiating. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Interment Sandy Lake Cemetery, Lakehurst.
