PEARSON, Merv ""?? Retired long-time mechanic at Holiday Ford Passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday February 26, 2011. Merv Pearson of Lakefield in his 72nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Doris (Dunford). Cherished father of Paul (Penny) of Lakefield, Gary (Pat) of Curve Lake, Patti Irwin (Scott) and Kevin all of Lakefield and step-father of Lori Stevenson (Andrew) of Bridgenorth, Judi Orly (J.J.) of Oakville and Kelly Yeomans (Ted) of Ennismore. Grandpa will always be remembered by Joe, Josslyn, Jeanine, Scotty, Myles, John, Luke, Ben, Claire, Joel, Seth, Matthew, David, Alison, Conor, Alexander, Erik, Joshua, and Kamaryn. Always remembered by his sister Myla Hopkins (the late Ray), brother-in-law Jim Ellis and by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Gladys (Dunford) (1990), sister Lois Ellis (2006) and by his parents William ""Stanley"" (1988) and Hilda Pearson (1991). Friends and relatives are invited to a Celebration of Merv's Life to be held at Wesley United Church Fellowship Hall on Saturday March 5, 2011 from 1-4 PM.
